It's summer Yes, it is. And as a writer I change gears a bit with the seasons. Right now I'm taking a little time off to recharge the ole batteries. Lots of kids, dogs, water, summer days and... well, food. My writing project for the summer is to light a fire under my novel in progress and to write more poetry. As always I'm taking one day, one word, one sentence, one hug, one kiss, one pound at a time.
